A refuge located in front of the sea, it was built on the basis of two recycled 40" HC shipping containers that total an area of 60 m2. On its floor we find a living room, kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom. This refuge is located in front of the Ola de Sirena, an exceptional spot for water sports such as KITESURFING, WINDSURFING, SUP and SURFING, among others. It is a very quiet place with a lot of nature in its surroundings where you can find rivers, parks, and waterfalls. Panoramic view

Abre la ventana corredera y experimenta la costa del Maule como nunca antes. Primera línea frente al mar con una fachada totalmente vidriada con cristales termopanel de piso a cielo  que hacen de la vista un espectáculo las 24 horas. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones: 2 matrimoniales (1 en suite), y 1 con 2 camas de 1 plaza. 2 baños de piedra laja y madera, cocina equipada, terraza con piscina de 2x2.8 y antena Starlink. The apartment is located facing the sea. It has a single terrace set terrace and grill. It is full equipped (directv go, air conditioning, wifi, closet in each room, microwave, toy, electric toaster, hair dryer, set of pots, and crockery for 6 people, among others).
