Beachfront holiday rental in Cupra Marittima

The apartment is located in the promenade, on the pedestrian and bike path, in front of the beach. Perfect for walks and bike rides. A stone's throw from restaurants and close to downtown. It is equipped with everything, cleaning products, bicycles (2 adults and 1 child), umbrella with beach chairs. Communicating with Sabine is simple, and then for check-in there is Michela, her assistant, a very nice and kind girl, who was very helpful on the spot. I highly recommend Sabine's apartment for a stay in Cupramaritima. Feels like home.

I was on vacation for a seventh time with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment was very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super kind and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and recommended what to see and visit in the area and what restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth going back to!!!

The appartment of Orietta is perfect located just acroos the street to the beach. It is very clean and you have a great view from the balcony to the sea and over Grotammare. For family with kids we can fully recommend Oriettas appartment.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with Maria Rita for a week. She is a very likeable hostess. The apartment is very spacious. Practical detail: two toilets! The bathroom has a large window. The rooms are bright and have high ceilings. There are no curtains and mosquito nets in the apartment (except in the kitchen). Therefore, you always have to lower the shutters if you do not want to be seen from the outside. For us, it was not a problem, as the other apartments were not occupied and there were not many mosquitoes at the end of September. The modern (and quiet) washing machine is also practical. You quickly get used to the train that passes behind the house. The windows are well insulated. The garden is large and you can find nice seats. Cars and bicycles can be parked safely, as the whole property is surrounded by a high fence. All in all, a very nice stay. We will be happy to come back!

Clean apartment and a well-kept environment in a quiet area very close to the sea. Alessia is very kind and helpful, difficult to find a lot of availability nowadays.

A very nice and clean apartment. Short distances to the beach, bakery, vegetable market, grocery store. Restaurant and ice cream parlour next door. Very good restaurant in the old town(recommendation from the host). Attention: Those who are sensitive to noise and have a light sleep should take into account that the trains are passing right behind the house. My phone had no reception and Dario responded to the new number right away. Thank you very much for this.

Beautiful apartment facing the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. The terrace is lovely with a great view.

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

Beautiful refurbished apartment for a couple or a small family. Very clean and tidy and comfortable place to stay in with amazing view of the San Giorgio Harbour on the right and beautiful beach on the left. A walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, also with approximately 15 min walk to the central town and railway station. Matteo and Anna Chiara were very kind, very helpful and promptly responsive to any questions and requests we had and we felt comfortable in this property. They are fantastic hosts, thank you again for taking care!

We stayed there for a whole week, and we are happy to have chosen Luigino's place for our holidays. What a place! Clean, quiet and close to everything, yet cozy, private and in a very nice area. From there you can choose to go almost everywhere, without being tied to a single location, or a beach. By the way, beaches in the area are fabulous: not too crowded, with clean water and all the amenities one may need. The choice of restaurants is simply stunning!!! The apartment has the flair of yesteryear, reminding us the time of our youth, when everything was much simpler and people used to enjoying life, without the fuss and the frenzy of today's time. Luigino is the person you like to have as a friend: kind, helpful and always available. We were also surprised by the attention to details he put in our accommodation, up to the cherry on the cake: his gift of fresh fruit and vegetables from his own orchard...simply exquisite!!! We will be back again!

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Another service I really enjoyed in addition to the beach umbrella,is the bikes, one of which has a child seat. Beautiful area! Thanks again. Giulia

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with different types of lighting (a lot of chromotherapy), the location is wonderful, practically on the beach. The terrace is also well equipped with a sitting area and a table with chairs... one thing that I really appreciated is that included in the price there is an umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach right in front and as if that were not enough, the bar/restaurant near the house is really worth it (Filippo restaurant).. we wanted a relaxing holiday with every comfort and we had it... ps: do not miss the sunrise from the huge windows of the living area. The host was always very helpful!
