Surrounded by the Australian bush and birdsong, you’ll find us on a quiet corner of sleepy Berrara, directly opposite Conjola National Park and a three minute walk to beautiful Cudmirrah Beach at the end of the street. Whether you’re after a romantic escape, a family getaway, or time with friends, our home offers space to slow down and relax, just 3 hours drive south of Sydney.

The Lair, Kangaroo Valley is situated on 14 acres of pristine bushland. Nestled high it enjoys 180 degrees views into the Valley below. Architecturally designed, by Alexander Michael, with a Scandi aesthetic. Featuring 6 metre high ceilings, polished concrete floors and birch ply walls, along with extensive use of glass that adds a wonderful sense of space and warmth, allowing the light to stream in from sunrise to sunset. It offers the perfect getaway Winter or Summer.

One queen bed, and 2 king singles, new kitchen and bathroom, air con, wood fire, BBQ and a large fenced garden. Park the car and walk everywhere. Paradise for outdoor enthusiasts...go boating, swimming, diving, surfing, bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, bushwalking. Kangaroos visit the house, kids ride their bikes on the streets.
