We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

Spacious, very comfortable and charming house. It is 800 meters from the Historic Center. With maid service Monday-Friday, business days. Living room with fireplace, cable TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, 2 sinks, table and support benches, complete utensils. We have a huge backyard (great for your pet), an electronic gate and a garage for 2 cars, as well as a swimming pool, barbecue and pizza oven. “Casa Recanto Verde” with swimming pool.

The house has: 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, all with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, clothes rack, Living room with ceiling fan and mezzanine. A social bathroom, kitchen, balcony, laundry, gourmet space with barbecue and bathroom. We leave toilet paper, soap and detergent, but we do not replace them. Kitchen with all utensils, plus a super nice pool and garden view. We offer complete bedding and bath towels (all sanitized for each customer). We look forward to your visit.

Welcome everybody! Our house was built with a lot of love! Located near the main tourist attractions and several restaurants, cafes and breweries in Cunha (you can walk to 1 café and 2 restaurants). It is 27 km from Paraty and 18 km from the center of Cunha. It overlooks araucárias, a tranquil landscape and a beautiful waterfall that is part of the site, available for diving.
