Monthly Rentals in Cummins Falls

We needed a place for the night on our way to Dallas and the home was so convenient ! Easy to park, grab our things and get inside. The condo was so cute! We will def try to rebook on our way back!

This is my third stay at "The Den" and I about love every moment. Kevin & Sherri are phenomenal hosts, always accommodating and right there to answer any question within minutes. absolutely gorgeous place, very peaceful and private. I highly recommend this place for a small family looking to get away. It is very clean and full of very modern appliances and TV. it's like going on vacation and stepping into your home away from home. I highly recommend this to anyone and will tell others. Thank you Kevin and Sherry for hosting us this third time it is always a pleasure to stay with you, we will be back in October.

This tiny house is so cozy with great amenities. Jess and Jared literally thought of everything you might need. Great stay & would rebook!

We had a very nice one-night stay. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The home was well appointed and there were kind touches throughout the home. My pups also enjoyed their stay and welcomed the fenced in backyard and treats left for them. The view out the front of the house was beautiful and I wish I could have enjoyed some time on their front porch swing!
