Spacious farmhouse on 80 acres with sweeping views of rolling hills. New FIOS cable to the house means fast and reliable internet, including strong ZOOM capabilities. Rambling old house offers many comfortable places, inside and out. It's private and quiet here but not fancy. With no lights in the landscape, it's great for stargazing, a bonfire and sleeping. Visit restaurants in Northampton, local swim holes; walk our trails and dirt roads. Note: Nightly base price is for up to 6 guests.

Cozy Hilltown Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

It's the perfect retreat for relaxing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, and so much more. -Sip your coffee on the decks while enjoying lake wildlife -Grab a kayak or paddleboard and explore the 8 miles of shoreline -Catch the sunset, then end the day sharing stories around the starlit firepit. An ideal base for exploring restaurants, breweries, wineries, galleries, historical sites, trails, farm stores, and orchards.

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Within walking distance, you will have access to trail systems for either your hiking or biking endeavors. You can stay and enjoy the peaceful nature of our home, sit on the massive deck while you gaze upon breathtaking views of the Pioneer Valley, or venture out.

Beautiful private camper with outdoor deck on the water. All the creature comforts but half the price. Very private yet 15 minutes to Northampton or Easthampton. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

Lounge on the stone terrace, under the stars, by a cozy fire, near the garden. 35 min to Northampton, 35 min to MassMoca, 10 min to Berk. East. Pellet stove, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, streaming options, and cell coverage. Fully outfitted kitchen with home made granola, and assorted beverages. Two hybrid bikes available for use. There are 3, 5-ft long skylights, and a cathedral ceiling= much natural light!

A bright and cozy studio apartment on PVTA bus line just outside of Northampton, MA. Skylight, wood floors, kitchen, and full bathroom as well as heat and air conditioning, oriental rugs and unique furnishings. 10 minutes from Northampton center and 20 minutes from Amherst center. Very convenient for all 5 colleges. Five minutes from Snow Farm Art Institute. Two minutes from Valley View Farm. We are meticulous in our cleaning and disinfecting in the face of Covid-19.

Charming 2nd-floor studio on a working produce farm in beautiful Berkshire County. Convenient to many local attractions such as Tanglewood, Bousquet Mountain ski resort, Naumkeag, local theater, museums, and much more. Visit our farm stand from late June through mid-October for fresh vegetables, baked goods, and our delicious corn on the cob! Spend time visiting with the farm's goats, horses and chickens, or just relax out on the balcony and take in the views.

Berkshire A-Frame Cabin!

Our secluded A-Frame cabin is just off of route 9 in Cummington. We are less than 1 hour away from many attractions including Tanglewood, Mass MoCA and Northampton. This area is not only beautiful for hiking, but also motorcycle riding here is exquisite! No wifi or cable (plenty of dvd movies!), cell phone service avail. Friendly pets welcome! 1 pet maximum. We do not provide sheets, pillows, blankets or towels. Please bring your own. We abut Shire Village Camp.
