Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

Blueberry Cottage at Lake Lanier (Pets Welcome!)

Blueberry Hill lakeside cottage is a fully independent retreat for guests, and features a fully-furnished kitchen, washer and drier, fire pit, newly-renovated bathrooms and a 75" tv in the living room with sleeping accommodations for 4 (plus inflatable mattresses). On a 3/4 acre lot, this is pet and child-friendly with a fenced-in area for your family/pets. Close to Mall of GA shopping, Cumming, Sugar Hill and Lake Lanier Islands. Private covered parking in carport. Long driveway!

"Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.

Lake Lanier Home Away From Home

Come visit Lake Lanier and stay in an attached guest suite fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, laundry room & private entrance. This guest suite is suitable for 2 people but please always reach out to ask about 3 or 4 guests. We will accept or deny based on the conditions. Please ask any questions you may have before booking! We have a strict no refund policy and need guests to be sure they will be staying.

This sweet tiny house has a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, work station shared with a dining space, dishes, silverware and coffee maker. On evenings and early mornings deer can be seen.

There you will find bars, restaurants and much more. The bus is also located about 3 miles from downtown lawrenceville and 25 miles from atlanta.
