First and foremost, the host was incredible with communication. She gave very quick responses and answered any questions I had which I appreciated very much. The place was overall neat, clean and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was not too far from downtown which is what we were looking for. The only feedback I have is the shower. It's in good condition but there can be further improvements on the floor and wall. Nonetheless, it also had it's advantages such as having a built-in light in the shower for extra visibility, which I thought was great. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely book again!

Donald's place was advertised. It was incredibly clean and had all the necessities. Donald bent over backwards to make check-in both easy and timely. We always felt safe and secure while there. Best of all the location is perfect for downtown Indianapolis. You are in the heart of everything and within walking distance of everything you would want in Indianapolis. In addition, it is just 15 minutes from the airport which makes everything easy. I would recommend both Donald and this place.

Stay was great the home matches exactly with the pictures. The neighborhood is real quiet & the location is convenient if want to hang around downtown or heading over to the garage

Dani’s place was amazingly clean. I was shocked at how small the apartment was but it worked perfectly for us as well! Definitely take the time to watch the check in videos as the entrance is unique and can cause some confusion. Would definitely stay again!

My friend and I were in town for an event. We had an absolute fantastic stay at Rodneka’s apartment. It was clean and spacious along with being very comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality and the snacks were a nice touch!

We were in town for a weekend softball tournament. This was just a short drive to Blue River Park where the games were played, which was nice. We did have an issue with the door not locking properly. However, I messaged, explained the situation & we had someone there to fix it within the hour. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience for us. Having never stayed at an ABB before, I'm thankful for hosts that were extremely easy to work with and a very clean place to stay.

stopped by Indy just for one night and this was the perfect location for our downtown adventures. loved that we had our own garage to safely store our car overnight. the host provided bottled water and a few snacks which was a much appreciated touch.

Wonderful location with a spacious layout! The king-sized bed offered plenty of room to stretch out...especially great if you're tall. The area was peaceful every night, and the neighbors were all friendly. Gym, pool, and grounds were well maintained, which made the stay even better. I would definitely book again for business. This apartment on the second floor of a brand new building and everything inside is brand new. (appliances, furniture, everything). The living room/kitchen area is spacious and comfortable for a one bedroom apartment. Nice bedding, spacious bathroom and luxurious bath towels. It felt like staying into a brand new model home. It was hot out when we were there, and the air conditioning was fantastic. The building is so new that it was an empty lot on Google Street view. But I did notice the small sign in the yard of the google picture for Everett Homes, and the first floor of the new building is for their business. This place was perfect for our stay and very close to I65.

I had a lovely stay. The space was clean, peaceful, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Emily was communicative and respectful of privacy, and the town has a quiet charm to it. Would definitely recommend to others passing through the area.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on!
