Jodie was amazing. The cleanliness and broken fridge, broken bed and broken TV was out of her control due to the prior guests. She informed me before hand and I was aware and it didn't make our stay any less amazing. The view is great and the condo is Beautiful and updated. I will stay at Jodies place again in the future.

This place had a lot more room than expected with the downstairs area. Spacious bedrooms and the extra space downstairs is perfect for large families. Very convenient location, felt very private even connected on one side. Views of lake were peaceful. Elizabeth was friendly and returned calls almost immediately. Very responsive on AirBnB messages.

It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Has the most amazing views of the lake. House had everything we needed and more. We had 2 families and a total of 7 people and there was more than enough room. Sarah was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were extremely lucky to have been able to stay and enjoy Sarah’s home!

We got married in Spring City and needed a space that accommodated a large group so I booked this property back in July 2024 for this year. Ivey was amazing to work with and even helped me find another place close to hers for additional family members. We travel a lot and I personally think this was the best AirBnB we have stayed at! They thought of everything including baby needs and pets, we didn't have either but it was great to see. Our family loved relaxing in the lake right out back, used the kayaks and paddle boards. We rented pontoons from the Terrace View Marina which is right across the lake so it was easy to load everything up right from the dock. We donated a few outdoor games to the property for another family to enjoy. You will not be disappointed by this property. A strong recommendation for food is the Smokin' F BBQ & Feedlot, be there by 4pm the line gets long but the food is worth it. They are only open Friday and Saturday though. Thank you, Ivey

We have stayed here twice and will stay here again when we travel to the area. Home is exactly as pictured. Very peaceful. You’ll understand this if you’ve stayed in numerous Air BnB’s…I really appreciated that there were plenty of towels and they were all in great condition. If you’re considering booking this home, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.
