Property was clean! The hosts were helpful and provided clear instructions on how to access the property.

Katie and Derek's property is stunning and relaxing, and their responsiveness was also fantastic. The property is even nicer than the pictures show, and there is a great attention to detail with their decor and amenities (such as readily available bug spray). The location is great and has lots of privacy. It felt like an incredibly recharging experience! What really was above and beyond was their communication. There was a slight issue with the fridge, but every step of the way, Derek and Katie were very positive and accommodating. They responded to our messages promptly and helped us find a solution so that we could enjoy our stay regardless. With their accommodations and attentiveness, it was as if the issue had never existed in the first place. Thank you to Katie and Derek for an incredible stay, and we hope to rebook with you in the future!

This cottage was one of the best we have gone to! This cottage is a jewel on Boshkung Lake. We enjoyed the views, sitting on the dock and having dinner in the screened in deck. We hope to return again soon, thank you Bruce and family for a fantastic weekend!

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Woodward by the Beach! The home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with the essentials. We especially loved the fire! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and even took the time to provide us with recommendations for snow tubing, tobogganing, restaurants, and cafes. The home is in a great location and there are no shortage of activities, restaurants, and shops within short driving distance. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Thank you Kevin!

Great cottage for a getaway! Jason was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. We came for a girl's weekend retreat and it suited our needs perfectly. Nice little sand beach that made it easy to get in and out of the water. Would recommend Bud's Place and will book again myself :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic condo in Friday Harbour, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that took our breath away. The condo itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. One of the highlights of our stay was the private balcony, where we spent many mornings sipping coffee and evenings watching the sunset over the harbor. The location of the condo is unbeatable. Just a short walk to charming local shops, restaurants, and the marina, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Overall, our stay at this condo in Friday Harbour was exceptional. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into creating a perfect retreat. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway, this place should be at the top of your list!

We had the best weekend! the place was spotless, there were items left for us like seasonings and snacks (the kids LOVED eating the popcorn out of the cool containers) and the place is in a great location!!! We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay at Tony's place in Victoria Harbour . The place is as described and literally steps away from lake and Trans Canada Trail . Its 10 minutes away from all major amentias and restaurants . The place is well equipped. We have stayed in so many Airbnb's and this is one of the most well organized place we have ever been to.. The place comes with pretty much all the amenities that truly made it home away from home . We would definitely be back here in Summer .

Sandra’s place is just like the pictures super cute, clean and private. The place has everything you need for a great stay. She’s very responsive to messages. It was our 2nd time enjoying her place and we’d look forward to booking with her again!

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 10 adults. The lakeside view was beautiful, and the large deck was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. This place is perfect for anyone who enjoys fishing or boating. We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer! Bijan was a great host—very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. This cottage is perfection. Liane & James are just SO lovely. If you're reading this, don't look any further. Just book it. We couldn't have had a better week at Follie's Cove. The cottage was the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We felt at home instantly. The sunroom was the perfect chill spot for us and our two big dogs to get out of the sun/rain without feeling cooped up indoors. The beach was heaven for our dogs, and on a quiet end of the lake, so we saw few other people all week. The quintessential Muskoka experience! Liane and James were *beyond* wonderful. They set us up with a ton of breakfast food and desserts. Even offered to return the day after check-in to drop off more coffee. It truly felt like renting from friends. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from them and puttering around the lake. Wish I had more space to gush about the space and their incredible hospitality. We would book again in a heartbeat!

My family and I had an awesome stay and we all agreed that we’d come back again. The lake view is breathtaking - certainly the highlight! We spent all mornings drinking coffee by the lake and a lot of afternoons relaxing on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C unit kept the cottage cool enough with standing fans for each room if needed. The entire cottage was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped. It was fun watching the small planes come in and out of the nearby airport. We would absolutely recommend this place to a friend and had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful waterfront cottage. The view of the lake was stunning and the privacy made it feel like our own little escape. Perfect for relaxing, recharging, and enjoying quiet moments by the water. Would definitely come back!

We loved our time here! Robert was responsive and answered all of our questions. Instructions were clear. The cottage was clean. There was enough space for 6 adults to feel comfortable and have enough space, and a number of gathering spots to play games, eat together, etc. We were particularly impressed and grateful for all of the amenities--they have it all! For activities: 2 kayaks and a canoe, various-sized life jackets, even 2 fishing rods! Lots of games inside. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, fragrance-free laundry detergent with the washer/dryer. The kitchen is well-stocked (plenty of dishes and cutlery, large mixing bowls, baking pans, pots/pans, oils, sauces, condiments, spices), and we cooked many large meals. The fire pit was great, and they even have bug spray! The park down the street has a new tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. Cons: you can definitely hear the trains and highway, but we expected this going in. Would still recommend this cottage!

We came to The Treetop Cottage for a few days after our wedding in Port Severn. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. We felt right at home instantly. The cottage is extremely clean and cozy, and very private. You are submerged in trees and we loved waking up to the sounds of chipmunks and woodpeckers. We enjoyed our time on the dock, playing cards on the deck, nights by the fire and cozying up on the couch for some movies. Frank and Danny are extremely friendly and responsive, and even left us wine and a nice card. We would definitely book here again!
