A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, glassware, cookware and appliances to keep your crew well fed.
