We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

For a couple (with or without children) who want to visit the area, Elisa's place is a fantastic option. The house is not very large, but it has everything you need to feel very comfortable in it. It has been recently renovated, the kitchen is new and modern, the bathroom is spacious, the bed has a very hard mattress (we like them like that), and the sofa bed in the room is also quite comfortable. That yes, the streets of the village are very narrow and it is something uncomfortable to move the car through them..: but luckily, there is a public parking that you will find on Google Maps just a two-minute walk away. What I said, completely recommended! We will for sure be going back!

We spent 4 days with an incredible family!! The photos correspond to the photos as is! Everything is very clean and comfortable!

We had an amazing time here! The house isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly suited for six people and feels incredibly cozy. The fireplace kept the living room wonderfully warm, and the electric heaters were excellent in the bedrooms. The spacious garden was a true highlight – our dog had a fantastic time exploring, and with everything securely fenced, we could let her roam freely. A big thank you to Paula for the thoughtful basket of homegrown fruit and the bottle of wine – such a lovely touch!

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

we had a fantastic time at Javier 's apartment. we would recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever and found Javier easy to contact at short notice, and also very helpful.

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

We were very happy with the location! It is located right stone's throw from the beach. There was a large fridge with room for a lot of food and a nice kitchen. We were two girls on a trip and were able to get each of our bedrooms. David and caretaker Jose was very helpful and even checked that we had booked properly when we booked a taxi back to the airport. Happy to come again another time!

Lovely apartment! The hosts were so helpful and very flexible on check in times. They have a few bikes in the garage for use and the apartment was well stocked with everything you could need. It is in a great location - very close to the beach! It was only a short walk to different areas of restaurants and shops etc. Definitely would recommend!! :)

our vacation at Maria's place was amazing. when is the time to go back to Oliva we are going to stay at Maria's place again. Thanks to Maria to make our vacation even better .

We look back on a super nice 10 day stay in Calp. This is most definitely due to the lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment of Patricia and Veronica. Fully equipped. We were well received and shown the way in the apartment. Patricia kept us updated on the activities in Calp during the holidays. And with a question from our side, a quick and clear response back. When you exit the main entrance and turn left you are after 100m on a lovely clean beach. In the immediate vicinity a supermarket and cafe Seamos where you can go for a top coffee and lunch. In short, Patricia and Veronica's apartment is definitely recommended!

We were very comfortable, José Luis and his wife were very attentive and gave us many facilities to settle in. The mattresses are comfortable. The area is very good, 5 minutes from the beach. we will surely repeat

I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to everyone.
