Holiday rentals with a pool in Cul-de-Sac

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Beautiful location— the house was perfect for a family get away. Close to Grand Case, Orient Beach and you can kayak to Pinel island.

Absolutely beautiful villa! The photos don’t do the place justice. The home is gorgeously decorated. The kitchen is stunning and well stocked. The pool was spotless and perfect to cool down after a day out. There were between 8 and 9 of us and we never felt crowded! Virginie was also an incredible host, always responsive and so helpful with any questions we had. I couldn’t recommend more!

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

First, the pictures really don’t do this place justice. Second, Flo was beyond amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s traveling to St.Maarten! Till next time Flo! <3

Breathtaking view on the ocean, private pool for yourself is a + beds are very comfortable and clean, however the bathroom would have needed more cleaning before we arrived. The whole hosting team is responsive and ready to assist for any question, easy parking, close to a quick drive to services, restaurants and Pinel island ferry.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It's an amazing location, with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. The room has everything you need with a very responsive/helpful host! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay on the French side and Saint Martin in general.

Florence was a great host. The place was just as described, clean and had everything you need, in a great convenient location, within walking distance (5 min) to the beach and restaurants.

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. You will not regret staying here. Thank you so much Jean — he gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities as well :)

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

Terrace with such beautiful and quiet views that we preferred to cook and eat on our balcony rather than go to the restaurant. Dishes and kitchenware of quality. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. TV with French stations. Power socket adapters. Two small grocery stores within walking distance and a well-stocked super U (small formats suitable for short stays ) and what about the 3 km beach that is cleaned every day. In short, we had a lovely week!

Camille's accommodation matches the photos exactly, very flexible host with a very warm welcome. We loved this studio with a beautiful view, and our only regret is not renting this apartment sooner. Book with your eyes closed if you want to stay on the island while feeling at home.
