Shared garden and laundry room. Although the house is surrounded by woodland and vineyards, it is only a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the bus stop and a café/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bellinzona. Bellinzona-sud motorway exit 5 minutes and 25 minutes on foot from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.
