An unobstructed view of the Maures mountains will seduce you, at any time of the day, but especially at the time of the rising sun... It has a beautiful fenced swimming pool (9.50 m x 4.50 m), heated from June to September inclusive. Optionally, an outdoor SPA and SAUNA will be available.

Venez profiter de ce logement qui se situe seulement à une vingtaine de minutes des plages. Vous y trouverez le calme après une journée de balade. Pour votre confort l'appartement est climatisé. Il se situe à l'arrière de notre propriété, dans laquelle vous pourrez aisément garer votre véhicule (parking fermé). Pour le couchage vous disposez d’un lit en 160x200 sur la mezzanine et un canapé convertible en 140x190 dans le séjour. Les draps sont fournis ainsi que les serviettes de toilette.

Access to the jacuzzi is possible for an additional fee. Please give 48 hours' notice in winter. All the local shops are just a few metres away from the accommodation on foot I would welcome you in person and make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

The house is 30 minutes away from Hyeres Les Palmiers (beaches and port) and the ferry to go to Porquerolles Island (elected most beautiful beach in Europe a few years ago).

Shops, restaurants, and market all within walking distance. 20m², includes equipted kitchenette, private bathroom with toilet, sleeping corner with fixed 140cm bed (not uncomfortable convertible couch !!) All bed linen and towels provided Tea, coffee and basic cooking essentials provided!

In the heart of the garrigue, we offer a 35 m2 studio with a 60 m2 private garden and an unobstructed view of the vineyards. Cuers city center is a 5-minute drive (3 km). The cottage is close to a road appreciated by cyclists (the road climbs into the garrigue) The highway is 3 km away. The beaches of Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures and Toulon are 25 km away. The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.
