It was my husband and I with our 1 year old daughter and our dogs , we all enjoyed very much , the dogs had a lot of space to run and our girl was delighted , she really liked the swings , and a super aspect to highlight for us was the huge piece of jacuzzi. The only thing to improve is that there was no iron or washing machine , there was no oil or sugar or saccharin to have a coffee ( of which we had ) also put in the listing that there is breakfast and there was no. The rest is wonderful, we will be back very soon with more family . Thank you for letting us enjoy your surroundings and the spectacular gastronomy. The BBQ is also a 10!👏👏

My wife and I were on a weekend for an event we were going to in Avila and although we didn't have too much time, the whole process was excellent from booking to our departure. Communication and directions were excellent at all times, the apartment as described and Luis' treatment perfect upon our arrival. The apartment is ideal to enjoy Avila where you can walk anywhere. Parking is available in the area in total freedom. I recommend this apartment for its location and peace and for the deal with the owners who were very kind

Fanny was very attentive to us, we booked her the same day as it was something improvised to stay 2 nights in Madrid and there was no problem. The house is very nice, it has it very clean and tidy, it has everything in a small space, it is very well used. We had problems with the light when having 2 appliances plugged in, but we know that it is something that they already have to fix it, because of this they provided us with a gas stove to plug in less appliances. I 100% recommend Fanny's casita. We will definitely be back!!

Very quiet area and close to Moralzarzal that has everything you need, supermarkets (Mercadona, Froiz) and a lot of places to have a drink around the bullring. The apartment is very clean, with everything you need, small but cozy, with the independent entrance and with a garage inside the property. Everything was great.

Perfect place to stay for a couple. In our case we were going to a wedding and we were able to rest very well since the place is very quiet (which is what we were looking for). The hostess was attentive and made it easier for us to do what we needed. We did the late check-in and we even found the beds already ready to sleep. Likewise, we also facilitated the exit and the apartment.

The accommodation is very comfortable and she is very helpful and pleasant. Good location for hiking and great place to disconnect. I would repeat without hesitation.

Karina and her husband Julián were excellent hosts. Always available and extremely friendly, they did everything to make my stay a great experience. The studio is wonderful, with all the amenities you need to live comfortably. It's a 15-minute drive to Madrid. There are also several public transportation options nearby. It is very well located for those who want a quiet, comfortable place, with a lot of quality and easy access. The stay went very well, I felt truly at home!

I highly recommend staying at this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe environment. At the same time, you can reach the center of Madrid in about 20 minutes by bus. My 4-month semester abroad was perfect not only because of the apartment but also because of the lovely people. Ana is a very helpful and friendly.

Blanca's apartment is much better than the pictures show. Very comfortable with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Very well located within Boadilla del Monte. Blanca was very kind to check in time and was always on the lookout for everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay outside the city center. Ideal if you have a car but if you enjoy walking in a quiet tree-lined area with fresh air and the sound of birds then you will have a nice walk to the bus and the supermarket.
