Apartment house with garden in the Sierra de Madrid

Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance to Mataelpino, a small town that forms part of the same municipal area as Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen and dining room that is heated in winter with a pellet stove, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a portable electric radiator. In summer, it is very cool, as a large part of it is built into the rock. The apartment has a private, exclusive, fenced-in garden area with a barbecue, a table and chairs, and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. This is a quiet area surrounded by nature, with many trails and paths for walking and unwinding. We will be delighted to make your stay as pleasant as possible and are available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

Quiet accommodation to disconnect for couples or families with two children, guest house in a chalet in northwest residential developments. Garden, pool, nearby natural areas for biking or hiking. A few minutes drive from Rozas Village, Ciudad Fin.Santander, Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Madrid Moncloa, Arguelles-city center, UAX, Fran de Vitoria, U.Europea. A car is absolutely necessary, and consider that the location is on interior streets that are not exposed.

100% rustic accommodation

Very rural house (not suitable for people looking for luxury or more exclusive accommodation). We have three houses within the same facility. The rustic house is a joint space with a double bed, sofa bed (single) and a bathroom with shower. There is no kitchen (there is a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer and kitchen utensils). We offer towels, sheets and coffee with sweets for breakfast.
