You will be close to many places to visit (cellars, museums...). 10 minutes from Épernay, capital of Champagne, 30 minutes from Reims, city of the Coronations and 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris. Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Located at the foot of the cathedral, the refurbished apartment is located on the first floor of a small condominium. It consists of an entrance with a main room equipped with a kitchenette, TV, Nespresso, a table and a sleeping area with a very comfortable double bed (140 x 200) as well as a wardrobe. You will be in the city center in close proximity to all types of shops (bakery, city market, champagne bars, restaurants...). The train station is just a short walk away.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.
