I recently stayed at an amazing Airbnb in the Philippines, and it exceeded all my expectations! The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen. The highlight was the balcony with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying a sunrise coffee or a peaceful evening breeze. The location was ideal—close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet in a quiet and private neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating. This Airbnb perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and Filipino hospitality, and I can’t wait to return!

Convenient store, resto, easy transpo, Coffee shop. And sir Laurence is very responsive to all our queries. It just feels like home!

I’m still not over how amazing this place was! From the moment we opened the door, it smelled so good and looked absolutely spotless — like a scene straight out of a 5-star hotel! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need (yes, even condiments!), and every room was squeaky clean and super comfy. The balcony was the perfect chill spot — I could’ve stayed out there all day! The owner was also super easy to communicate with, which made everything even better. And honestly? This is the first time ever I had ZERO bad feedback — not even a tiny one! Everything was just perfect! If you’re thinking about booking, do it! You won’t regret it!

Bit skeptical at first but I risked it. Now, I think I made the best decision to book this place. It’s a serviced hotel right infront of Terminal 3. We decided for this place as we can walk across the airport for our next flight. It’s quite convenient to be able to use the Runway Manila crossing. The check-in was smooth. The lady at the reception was really helpful. Rob was proactive in communicating and has very clear instructions. The price was perfect! Couldn’t expect more for it. It has all the basics of a hotel. We’re so happy with our stay (it’s quite close to Newport which is a shopping centre) that we’re deciding to stay here whenever we’re in Manila. Thanks Rob for the awesome place! Couldn’t recommend more.

The check-in process was easy and smooth. Instructions provided were clear and detailed. Key pickup method was convenient. The host was responsive. Response time was quick. The property was clean and well-maintained. Essential amenities (Wi-Fi, towel, kitchen items) were available.

The unit was beautiful, clean, fragrant, and definitely legit not fake so I’m really thankful. It was a last-minute situation where we couldn’t book anywhere else, but thankfully, NKD Suites Staycation was available. Thank you!

We definitely had a great stay and enjoyed celebrating the new year at this unit. The unit was very aesthetic, clean and have everything we need as guests. As my mon also mentioned, we had a hotel-like experience by booking this unit since dental kits, bath towels, free coffee and tea were provided as well (just like in hotels). We were also amazed how the place was maintained in good condition. I personally chose this unit because its interior and furnitures are very pleasing to the eyes and look good in pictures as well. Thank you for the memorable new year's eve celebration and we will definitely book again! 🤍

The room was very clean and spacious, and the overall aesthetics was nice! However, I am assuming the room is newly renovated, since once we got inside, the smell of paint was very strong and lingered for some time and had to use the spray freshener they provided. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working when we tried it so it was quite hot during the night especially at the top bunk of the bunk bed. Other than those, our stay was pleasant. The hosts were accommodating and responsive!
