Very nice house, spacious, warm, very well arranged and equipped. Comfortable beds. The geographical location is ideal for exploring around Narbonne. The view of the Bages pond and pink flamingos is magnificent. The host is very friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend this home, we had a great week.

A Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Nature Retreat We had an amazing time staying at this clean and cozy house located in a quiet, beautiful area surrounded by nature and birdsong. Every day was a pleasure for our family. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the jacuzzi, grilled delicious meals, played board games, and even had fun playing tennis at a nearby court. In the evenings, we relaxed with Netflix. The kitchen is well-equipped, and my wife loved cooking here—especially with the air fryer, which became an essential helper during our stay. There are lovely walking trails nearby, and the charming town of Carcassonne is just a short drive away. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the fresh, floral air in a truly peaceful setting.

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

Accommodation in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating host for checkout time (we wanted to enjoy the market). Perfect accommodation for our short stay with friends. We won't hesitate to come back. Thanks Sabine.

We spent two nights in Pauline's apartment. Well equipped, functional, we do not have or enjoy the outdoors but it is well appointed. Comfortable bed. Parking in front of the house, shops 5min walk away. No problem with bringing our cat. Great.

A haven of peace in the heart of the city. We had a real crush on this oasis of greenery and tranquility. We would have stayed more than one night! Barbara's instructions for finding the apartment were very clear and it was a real plus to be able to leave our bikes on the terrace. The bedding is comfortable and the sheets are soft! We recommend this place.

Very pleasant apartment and good location. Very responsive and available host. Small downside: "hidden" towels in the wardrobe and lack of products (toilet paper roll + shampoo and shower product).

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The large terrace directly to the beach is simply fantastic. From the dining area and from the bed we could see directly to the sea, wonderful! Warm and helpful hostess. Everything in the apartment makes you want to stay there and you can feel the love of the owner for these occupants. This goes through flexible hours, the 50-page book handmade on all the activities around, small extras of comfort or even essentials like a toaster or sanitary tampons in case of forgetting. We feel the generosity and kindness in these little things. Really try and start again. Again, thank you for this vacation.

The place is as described. It's a small apartment but with all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It offers everything you need to spend a few days in the area. It was very easy to communicate with her and resolve all the doubts that arose before and during the trip. In the time that we have been to a very quiet area, which is appreciated for rest. We did not know the area , although if you want to take a route through France the journey is a little longer until you reach there you can also appreciate on the way a very nice tour by vineyard area. Also thank you for the welcome detail you had prepared for us.

Thanks to David's exact instructions, we found the apartment well. The apartment was very clean and nicely bright. The view of the parking lot is not very nice, but we were out all day anyway. There is a good connection to a bus. You can quickly walk to the beach and a Carrefour. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Ideally located in front of the pool in a secure building with dreamy decor! A bedroom overlooking the pool 👍 Well-equipped apartment! Hosts responsive and flexible on schedules! Well-located residence no need to pick up the car! The perfect vacation!
