This cottage is very warm and spacious, in a closed and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is adorned with wood like a chalet, with its bar and an open fireplace that makes it very friendly and welcoming. It consists of 4 rooms, living room/kitchen/dining room, 1 main bedroom, + 1 extra bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The property is in a beautiful environment on more than 2 hectares of wooded and flowered land. Perfect for families and friends. We can host up to 10 people. The 12 x 6 m private pool is located at the end of the garden. Around the pool is our comfortable living room in a covered pool house of 80 m². You have a gas barbecue at your disposal. You should know that there are various animals on the property, cats, chickens and donkeys.

Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.

Welcome to the Côte du Midi! Stay in a carefully renovated 19th-century wine cellar in the heart of Portel-des-Corbières, a charming village in the South of France. Just a few minutes away: the Sigean African Reserve, the Grands Buffets de Narbonne, the Cathar Castles, the seaside resorts and the Terra Vinea site! Formerly a dependency of the winery, the accommodation once housed the winemaker and his family.

You will find a modern cocoon in a secular setting. 20 minutes from the beaches, with quick access to the hinterland, along the A75 and A9. 5 minutes from the center of Béziers, you will stay in a village with all amenities.
