We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

This home is located on a gravel back road, giving you a quiet place to relax for your stay! With all new appliances and all of your amenities! This home is only 3 years old and the perfect place to stay for a night or two!

James’ Cabin

Peaceful and charming little cabin. Only minutes from Winnsboro. Huge yard that’s great for the kids. This open floor plan cabin is great for couples or little families. It sleeps four comfortably with one queen size bed and hide a bed sofa. James’ cabin has everything that you need including kitchenette, washer & dryer, WIFI a Roku TV. This place also has covered parking.

The Garden Cottage

We are located in the woods but only 2 miles from I 20. The Garden Cottage is located close to our main house but isolated with its own private patio. It is perfect for a single occupant or a couple due to it only has 1 bed. Infants/child is welcome if you have sleeping accommodations for them ( portable crib/pack in play). I do not provide either.
