Located in the heart of the Pays d 'Age in the municipality of Crouttes, a charming village nestled on the rare hills of the region also including caves, close to the Church of Saint-Michel and the Prieuré Saint-Michel classified as historic monuments, close to the villages of Camembert and Livarot famous for their cheeses and at the crossroads of many hiking trails (200 km), and 50 km from the sea. All shops 6 km away, train stations 30 min (Argentan, Lisieux). Deauville and the beaches 50 km away, Paris 200 km away, local leisure on an 8 km perimeter: Tennis, Equestrian Center for young and old, body of water, fishing, pétanque courts... This beautiful house is located in a charming and picturesque village in « Pays d’Auge », at the heart of Normandy. All furnished and confortable, with two bedrooms (one double bed, and two single beds), this old presbytery from 19th century, divided in two parts, is a perfect and quiet place to welcome couples and families to take break for holidays. Hiking through the pastures or on the trails, lounging in the garden, visiting The Church and the Abbay Saint Michel (near to the house), discover world famous cheese and cider ’s farm… are all welcomed activities. We are at 6 km from Vimoutiers, a typical Norman market town, well known as the Camembert Cheese, at 15km from Livarot, 30 km from Lisieux (Sncf Station,Sainte Terese Basilica…), at 50 km from the sea and the beach (Deauville), and 200 km from Paris.
