Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cross Mountain

It was perfect and a place where you can recoup and restore. I loved it the cleanness and the placement of it was perfect and I love how the gym was right next to it! Recommended place for anyone to stay for sure !

Pam’s place is beautiful, absolutely perfect for us (2 x couples) could have very comfortably had another couple in there aswell, I would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our family of 6- and kid-friendly! The inside of the house was thoughtfully designed by both the builder and the host. The living areas are open-concept, with plush furniture. There is also a nice office with double glass doors. The kitchen is big. The pool is everything it's cracked up to be as well- imagine a resort-like setting, surrounded by greenery on 3 sides. Private! Luxurious! We loved the bathroom and pool towels right inside of the pool house. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee. Jordan was a wonderful host- responsive, kind, and proactive. We couldn't have asked for more. We would come back!

The river is beautiful! Can spend all day walking down it and watching the fish and large variety of birds! A really great spot for skipping rocks and just enjoying nature!

Great location, but street signs aren't all visible, so a bit tricky to see the turn. Bedrooms and beds were very good, plenty of extra linens and toiletries. Everything we possibly needed was stocked in the kitchen and really appreciate the extra touch of providing the Kcups and coffee fixings. Bedroom in converted garage gets a little warm, especially in the Texas heat. Host is very responsive and helpful. Found a scorpion inside the house, but luckily not stung and understand it's that time of year in south Texas. Would definitely stay there again!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Oliva's! Cute little space and I loved the common area/patio for people to hang out in and chill amongst the plants. Clean, spacious, comfy bed and bedding! Also many things within walking distance. It was a treat to get to visit a little bit with Oliva and her friendly neighbor! I'd definitely recommend staying with Oliva, and I would love to come back and stay again the next time I'm in San Antonio! Thank you again Oliva!❤️🌞

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. The apartment became a home away from home. I did not want to leave. It was convenient to everything. I walked the Riverwalk right behind the apartment every single day, strolling both away from town and right into downtown. I also used the gym and loved walking the community during my stay. The neighbors are incredibly quiet as well! I went to all the local attractions. By the end of my stay, I was ready to live there permanently. I have never stayed in a more convenience place! Add all of that to the fact you have a full kitchen with everything you need and a washing machine/dryer and you have a true home. On a personal note, the host is stellar and could teach classes on how to effectively and kindly communicate with guests. I could not have asked for more. If you are a looking for a fantastic place in San Antonio that is worth every single penny you will pay that allows you to easily experience the entire town, your search is over.

Susanne went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I on a very short notice. The bungalow is a perfect stay for two, located few minutes from the Pearl area in San Antonio. We received a warm welcome with baked goods she prepared for us. Susanne literally will make you a better person while staying at her place. From the chicken coop to the recycling instructions she shows to care for not only her guests, but Mother Earth! We truly enjoyed our stay! Gracias Susanne! Book it yall.

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Perfect location for San Antonio Fiesta festivities. We booked the room so we would have a place to refresh in between events during Fiesta. Ramiro’s Place was very convenient and clean. We had great communication throughout our stay.

We loved staying here on our family trip to San Antonio- it was perfect for our family- an 8 year old and toddler. The closet with pack and play was great to have and we loved being so close to the pool. The place itself is so close to all the sightseeing things- less than ten minutes from downtown/riverwalk. It had eveyrhting we needed in kitchen and bathroom and loved having the washer/dryer! Instructions and communication were superb!

Property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It met all our needs and exceeded expectations with cleanliness and safety. It is central to the city which we loved! We felt so safe with multiple cameras and private parking. the place had great AC as the weather was extremely hot during our stay. Eric provided everything we needed such as plenty of towels and even just a dish sponge to clean dishes and trash bags. Bed is one of the most comfortable beds we've laid in out of any hotel or airbnb. Very much appreciated. LOVED that it was such a quiet and peaceful area and surrounded by beautiful historical homes. I would say this would not be ideal for a large family to stay in, but it was PERFECT for my husband and I. absolutely loved that there is no carpet and so many upgrades in the home. It was nicely decorated and Eric did a great job responding withing minutes any time we had to reach out and very friendly. Thanks again Eric, we would definitely stay here again when in town!

Dates: May 24th-June 9th Views/Environment: Spectacular views! Secluded. Peaceful. Stargazing while in the hot tub. Nature walk/hiking/outdoors. Picture perfect! Cabin: Spacious! Great layout. Comfy bed! Great amenities and well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, and grill stuff. Bathrooms are great and complete with bath towels and hot tub towels. Wifi available. Host: Spencer is a great host! I originally rented the cabin for 4 days but then i kept extending it and Spencer was easy to work with! I ended up staying from May 24th-June 9th. Location: The cabin was my home base. From there, we went to places like New Braunfels, Boerne, Kerrville, Frio River, Bandera, and other great places nearby. The bars in Bandera are awesome!!! We met a lot of people and I enjoyed the place so much. Check-in/Check-out: Super easy! No hassle. I highly recommend this place, 10/10! Looking forward to my next visit to Texas!

This was my second time staying at cedar cabin with my husband & mother/kids. We love the views and fire pit. You feel like you’re at a secluded cabin but everything is a short drive away! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was beautiful and private. Everything was super clean and everything we needed was in the cabin. You can tell there was lots of love put into it. The hosts were very helpful. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! Everything was just as stated in the description..maybe better! The pool area is so nice, and the hot tub was perfect. We did encounter a few critters but I would say that's expected given the surroundings. Definitely make sure you wear sandals around the pool area .I almost stepped on a scorpion! We loved EVERYTHING about this place and would definitely come back and stay again.

This stay was exactly what my husband I needed! I just sat outside and listened to the birds early in the morning, something I also love doing at home. I could've sat outside all day if it wasn't Texas in June! ha! The cabin itself was just as described. The photos do make it seem a bit bigger but honestly, you don't need bigger for 2 people. We went to Canyon to just spend time on the water. After over doing it the first day, we instead, chose to spend our second full day just enjoying the cabin. We had some hot tub time in the afternoon, played board games for a couple of hours, and just rested! For anyone worried about how close the cabin is to the main house, don't worry! It's positioned for privacy! It was so stinking relaxing and I can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay here! The house was gorgeous & was everything we needed for anniversary getaway. The hot tub was great, and we loved playing shuffleboard & just relaxing on the couches. Joseph checked in with us to see if we need anything & was extremely helpful. We can’t wait to come back!!!

My only criticism is that, based on the location, I assumed we'd have direct access to a lake front view. If you squinted through the trees you could see the water. Rightfully so, the host had instructions about not roaming the grounds because of other units. We drove to a nearby trail that had access to trails by the lake but while we were there these trails were closed (not the hosts fault). We had a great time at this beautiful unit.

This was the perfect place for our writing retreat! Lovely and quiet. The daily walks to the river ingnighted our creativity! Thank you so much and I will be back!
