Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

It is a 7 minute walk to Blundellsands train station which takes you into the centre of Liverpool in under 25 minutes or Southport in 30 minutes. Ideal for those travelling for Business or pleasure, there is ample workspace available within the large open plan lounge. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac with large private garden with children's play area and patio.
