You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

The house is on a large lot with off street parking, close to the MTB trails, and all Crosby has to offer! Enjoy your days end with a bonfire or relax inside with the Smart TV/WIFI.
