Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

In this quiet and friendly place, with family or friends, you can enjoy the many hikes, as well as the charm of the landscapes of Fresselines where water holds a prominent place and which has seduced landscape painters since the end of the 19th century.
