I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room. Only the toilets at the entrance to the house are shared.

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. You will have access to multiple activities (Boussac Castle, Husk'in Creuse, Bonnat Circuit, Loups de Chabrières, Pierres Jaumâtres, Chatelus Beach. You will also appreciate the calm of the site where ponies, horses, dogs, goats and chickens, pigs and geese cross paths.
