Holiday rentals with breakfast in Crete

This is a gem in the heart of the old city. We loved staying here and walking everywhere! Close to the bus stop for day trips too which was so nice. Would gladly return to this spot!

Beautiful home in a peaceful little village. Very good taverns within walking distance. The accommodation is superb, the decoration neat, the bedding very good and everything is very clean! Friendly welcome. Our stay was too short! Avva responds quickly to messages. I would highly recommend this house!

This place was perfect. It is in a great location, spacious and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. Like the other reviews mentioned, the parking spot is very tight, you have to be a confident driver and highly recommend having a smaller car.

My wife and stayed at Yayas cosy house for 7 nights having spent some 3 nights in Chania then 4 nights in Piskopiano. Nikolas is a fantastic host and his house is one of the best holiday homes we’ve stayed in. The accommodation has two bedrooms and could easily accommodate a family of four. Yayas house is very well equipped with everything we could ever need for our stay. We spent lazy mornings and evenings in the courtyard and rear garden having coffee or wine and reading our books. This is a place to unwind and relax. A car is essential and there are many beaches within easy reach, some much more busy than others but we were able to find several smaller beaches which were very quiet and peaceful. Neapoli is a 2 minute drive away and we visited almost everyday to buy cakes and have a coffee at the wonderful bakery in the main ‘square’. Nikolas recommended several tavernas within 5 minutes drive. All were excellent with traditional food at great prices. We would definitely recommend.

Fabulous spacious area. Home away from home. Clean and comfortable. Lots of unexpected extras, from biscuits and chocolates to various coffee making choices. Generous with milk, coffee, tea, jams and toast. We like to do our own cooking so enjoyed the large kitchen. Place is cool but heating efficient if required. Host responded to any queries reasonable quickly. Mapia was friendly and helpful. less than ten minute walk to old town and waterfront. Close to bus station, supermarket cafe and restaurants. Loved our stay in Chania.

We felt very comfortable. The room matched the listing. From the balcony you have a side sea view. Sorina is always available and very accommodating. Our room was cleaned 2x in 8 days, with fresh towels and linens. Bleddar organized the transfer from the airport, which worked out great. We can highly recommend the place.

We had a great time in Chania! The apartment was exactly what we were looking for and the host was very helpful and responsive.

small townhouse in a small quiet street. Space, air conditioning appreciated, large bathroom, good wifi connection. If you like to sleep in the dark, bring a mask. Ideal location for the car but not easy to park, good for a small car. 15 mm walk from the port and the beach. Supermarket 2 mm away. Agios is a very nice lively town in the evening. Lots of beautiful villages nearby, lovely people, good restaurants, in short, a very nice holiday. I recommend it. Maria is very kind and was responsive to our little problem.

We had the best week at Urban Sea apartment! First of all the apartment was extremely clean and beautiful with all organized, we had everything we needed and more! Manolis met us to do the check in and show everything, we had all the amenities listed and he even left some food for breakfast and quick sandwiches (and even delicious oranges hand picked by his father-in-law), what made it so easy the first day since we arrived late at night! Also the location was just perfect, 5 minutes (or even less) from the beach, around 15 minutes from the old town (going by the beach, amazing views!), and we had bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy, anything we needed within few minutes walking. Manolis sent us many recommendations and was available anytime we needed! We are definitely coming back to Chania and will stay in Manolis apartment!

Amazing place! Very modern and taken care of. Our apartment was not available upon check in as the people staying decided to extend due to a missed flight but I was quickly upgraded to a bigger apartment which was amazing! We only stayed one night but everything was great and the location is amazing with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eirini's home! She was so warm and welcoming by bringing us coffee and pastries, taking the time to show us her home, and provided us with great recommendations within Crete. She even helped us with booking a reservation at a local restaurant and was always extremely responsive. Her home was clean and had all the necessary amenities we could possibly need. We always felt at home and she truly one of the best hosts we've had. We highly recommend staying at her home during your trip to Crete!

We’ve had an amazing time in Chania, Crete thanks to the stay at this wonderful place. It was right in the center with a view to a lovely port, close to shops and restaurants yet it wasn’t loud. Place is very spacious yet cosy with lovely balcony and super comfortable bed. Rafael is truly a great host! Very kind, responsive, had great recommendations and the effort he makes with breakfast which was really generous was definitely a highlight of our stay. We hope to come visit again and will be recommending it to everyone! 🙂

We were in total relaxation in a beautiful place. The window oftheaccommodation overlooks the beautiful beach. Three steps and you're directly at sea. Good restaurant and Nikos and the extremely friendly and friendly staff. Wellness at your fingertips.

This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in Greece. From the owners to the rooms, to the pool and the location it was perfect. Breakfast was lovely every morning and the staff were so attentive and generous. The room’s decor was gorgeous and a minute walk from all of the restaurants, bars, beach and shops. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! We will absolutely be booking again!

Extremely welcoming and kind Hosts. The building is already a bit older but totally clean and with love to detail at the pool area. According to the Price performance ratio. Breakfast included. It has been lovely 2 nights.

This is a family owned hotel, ideal to experience Cretan hospitality and the beautiful beaches and lands of Chania! Giorgos and his father were amazing by all means. They welcomed us with treats and helped us find local restaurants and information. Very close to Chania town, amazing beaches like Falassarna and next to the port for daily cruises to Balos and Elafonisi. The rooms were spot clean, spacious with amazing view towards the sea. Giorgos and his father prepared us freshly cooked tyropita and omelette for breakfast which we enjoyed by the beach. Great opportunity for relaxing vacation in Chania! Thank you! Tip: do not miss to dine at Akrogiali taverna for fresh fish nearby!

The apartment is amazingly good value and exactly as advertised: clean, bright and comfortable. We loved our short stay here and would be very happy to return. We were made to feel so welcome and offered help and guidance throughout our stay from the staff.

Everything was as expected and of high quality. We loved the quiet location, just slightly out of the centre. Check in was through the adjacent hotel who were very helpful and friendly. We are very much looking forward to returning! Great place!!
