The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

A bright open living area features a stunning glass wall overlooking the bay of Citara and a central fireplace for cozy evenings. Surrounded by gardens, it blends elegant Mediterranean décor with generous spaces. From May to October guests enjoy pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee and daily housekeeping. Two-room apartment in villa, with independent access, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa and armchair and upon request you can add a single bed for both the third guest and for those who want to sleep separately, a kitchen and bathroom with shower and laundry, suitable for three people, for couples and solo adventurers. The accommodation is served by a panoramic terrace. Beyond the terrace there is also a portion of the garden with a lawn and a masonry shower.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
