Relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty & quiet pied-à-terre, nestled in a 34,000 m2 site on the edge of the forest in the foothills of the Syncinal de Saou. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

Gîte des 3 Croix, la Répara-Auriples.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Charming 40 m² vacation home located in the village of Aouste-Sur-Sye, in the Drôme. Refurbished in 2023, it is fully equipped for your comfort. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the outdoors with the covered terrace, outdoor kitchen with sink and beer tap, to enjoy your meals. Pets are allowed.

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

Village center minutes away and TGV train station 15 minutes away.

Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min by bike or car from the center…. Because it goes down….!!! No problem parking with trailer. Our swimming pool (in season) and sunbeds are available.
