The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

In a residential area, outside the historic center, the accommodation is finely furnished and comfortable. It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an adjacent well-equipped kitchen (mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven). There is a small outdoor veranda with table and chairs. The pool is located at 400 meters from the house. The path is a bit up and down, so if you don’t like to walk please do not book this house. We do tastings in the cellar with visits of the vineyards and the ancient barrique.
