Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Crescent Beach

Our family had the BEST time at our recent stay at The Lazy Green Turtle. It truly is a special place. The house is so well stocked of items you might need - kitchen tools, bathroom products, entertainment and supplies for our kids, and a garage FULL of beach items. Seriously, you don’t need to pack anything for the beach, there is even a beach bag available. Host is spectacular at communicating instructions, information, and recommendations. My only complaint is our time spent there simply wasn’t long enough. Our family is already talking about returning again next year.

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

I loved our stay for our family vacation. The home was very clean, had a beautiful layout, and Xue was very responsive to anything we needed. You do not have beach access at this Airbnb except for during low tide and then you have to climb down a bunch of large boulders. This wasn't made clear. I thought we would have consistent beach access, so that was disappointing for what was spent on the Airbnb. The door knobs definitely need to be replaced, I got so frustrated with how stuck it would get. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets. Coffee maker worked great. I loved that they had boogie boards and beach chair to be used. I think my favorite part was this like screened in porch/patio off the 2nd room. I'd drink my coffee there and and the dogs would just hang out. Oh they were AMAZING as far as being dog friendly. No weight or breed restrictions. Very reasonable fee for cleaning due to the dogs.

This amazing home in Saint Augustine exceeded my expectations. It was lovely inside and out and truly felt like home with all of the special touches. The house is very central to Downtown and is an easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. We loved sitting outside by the fire pit and on the front porch. The parking is a big bonus and accommodated 2 SUV’s and my truck which was longer than usual due to kayaks in the back. I would not hesitate to stay again. We loved it!

Exceptionally cozy and rustic beach house. Well maintained, clean with comfortable beds. The yard is not secure enough for a bigger dog but the neighborhood is doggy friendly. Drive on beach 3 blocks away is A++z Carly, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great time and we can’t wait to go back.

The Salty Seashell was the perfect home base for our St. Augustine adventures with its proximity to so many attractions and restaurants. After busy days exploring downtown St. Augustine or Anastasia State Park we loved unwinding at the pool. The home is beautifully furnished and is in a quiet neighborhood which was nice to return to after the hustle and bustle of the day. Stephenie is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. We would highly recommend the Salty Seashell for your St. Augustine getaway as well.

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

Second condo we've stayed in at Sea Place, this time with a different rental company. This stay was far superior to the last; check-in was a breeze and didn't require a visit to an office. The place was very clean. Sea Place is actually a pretty old condominium but it's been renovated, and each unit is of different quality – this particular unit was better than the last we stayed in. Cleaner and better taken care of. You'll see some signs of distress on certain *exterior* areas of the condo buildings, but nothing overly concerning. This condo is right on the beach and has great views. It's located virtually next to the boardwalk that goes down to the beach, and is just adjacent to the pool (but is not pool-front). It's worth noting that there are stairs involved here: some to get to the front door of the condo, and some inside. They're relatively steep so if you have small children or are elderly, it's worth paying closer attention to all. All in all, a great stay, I'd recommend.

Amazing place to stay! Everything was perfectly labeled, along with everything you need for a trip to the water!

We had an excellent time! The condo was super easy to access and it was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also loved being just 10-15 mins out from the main town for night time activities. There were plenty of breakfast and lunch spots locally which was also super convenient. Our host was very responsive and friendly! Overall we would highly recommend and will likely return in the future!!

Todd’s place was awesome! We all enjoyed being right on the beach. It was so nice having a heated pool. The unit itself is very cute. The condo was quiet. Plenty of parking. The bed in the room was comfy, however, the pull out bed is thin. Todd was very nice and let us check-in early! It was great. Thank you Todd!

The condo was really clean on arrival. Everything you could possibly need to spend time on the beach was available (chairs, umbrella, cart, canopy, etc.). Little extras in the bathroom like makeup remover, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap. Michael provided plenty of information for things to do in the area. To get to the beach, we just had to walk out the back of the condo and across a bridge over the dunes. The temperature in the pool was perfect. Every person we encountered was also nice. Michael was always quick to respond to messages. We really have no complaints, and enjoyed the 5 days we were there.

We stayed here with our 3 boys (9, 14 & 15) and my wife’s parents. Mom and Dad (along with my wife) grew up in St. Augustine and dad is in less than good health. We had the rest of the family come to town for a reunion. The house was wonderful for entertaining and the pool/gazebo was perfect for our evening gatherings. The kids LOVED the pool and we all did a lot of fishing off the dock. Beware of low tide though because there is very little water in the creek. However, at high tide it was absolutely beautiful!! Sunsets, spoonbills, turtles were all around and I even caught a big Sting Ray! We loved hanging out in the lanai and everyone slept very well at night. Overall an absolutely wonderful little gem in St Augustine!!

Enjoyed my stay at this cozy beachside condo! The bed is insanely comfortable and the balcony views were gorgeous! Loved the coffee bar area, such a nice touch! Our host was super helpful & responsive! We would definitely stay again!

Glenn & Kelly’s place was even better than we excepted! Every square inch of this home was clean and spotless. The furniture is cozy and the lay out was perfect for the two of us and four teens. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were so clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table was big enough for games and fun! The walk to the beach was a breeze! You don’t need a wagon because there are a lot of stairs and I wouldn’t want my elderly parents to travel that route but parking on the beach looked like a very easy option. We will be back, Really great place!! Good job!!

We had an amazing stay at this home in St. Augustine! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with appliances, spices, and utensils that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was a true highlight—like having our own private paradise. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful experience all around!

From booking to checkout, Lauren was extremely responsive to every inquiry and request. For our bunch, the place was perfect. There was a favorite activity for every age and interest. From enjoying the beautiful beach - wave jumping, skim boarding, shell collecting, relaxing, and beautiful evening walks in the setting sun - to fishing the inlet, with a sea turtle or two circling your feet, the setting was fabulous. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Meals with everyone out on the third story deck was another highlight of our trip. The youngest generation felt grown up with their own kitchenette in their room and the game room just through their bedroom doorway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was top notch! Extremely clean & comfortable / lots of room & relaxing! It was a short driving distance to whatever you might want to do. Host had lots of local recommendations which was super insightful & appreciated!

This was an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a quiet retreat with your dogs in tow. The view and beach accessibility were top-notch. The small, quaint cottage is rustic and charming. Having a complimentary bottle of wine from the local winery offered a nice, welcoming touch. I love Vilano Beach and I hope to stay here again in the future!

Amanda and Wesley were FANTASTIC hosts! We had a very unexpected problem and they handled it asap and offered solutions if we needed them. The house was stocked with all sorts of unexpected items one might need (cough drops, feminine products, aloe, etc.). My family made wonderful memories at the Crescent Beach House and we look forward to staying again! Thank you Amanda and Wesley for opening your beautiful home to us!
