Community outdoor kitchen, hot tub and outdoor pool are open seasonally mid May - mid September Game Room, office space, board games, private hot tub, full kitchen and open living spaces. RV plug in and parking available in front of the garage. Panoramic river views of the Columbia and foothills. Great hikes and sight seeing in the area, near state parks, fishing, hunting, rock climbing. Short drive to the Gorge concert venue.

This home has 2 master bedrooms w/ king beds, and an additional bedroom w/ a queen bed + a queen murphy bed. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, the outdoor decks & patio allow plenty of spaces to soak in Crescent Bar's 300 days of sun. Sunserra has multiple pools & hot tubs to enjoy, with the closest being mere steps from our front door! Garage not available. NO PETS. No parties.

Our spacious 1,920 sq ft townhome is one of the largest in Sunserra Resort. With an upper deck over looking a large grassy area and a view of the Columbia River... Our home is two stories with 3 bedrooms, a media room and living room! It is decorated nicely, very clean and well maintained. You won't be disappointed! Sunserra has many amenities to offer such as Golf, pickleball, multiple swimming pools plus much more!
