Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

لا يمكن أن اطلب أكثر من هذا، السكن والاطلالة فوق الوصف، يمكن قضاء ايام وليالي فقط في شرفة الشقة.. كانت ايام جميلة حيث الغيوم تلامس الشقة في الصباح. الشبة مجهزة بكل شي ومريحة وآمن جدا. لكن يجب الأخذ بالاعتبار شيئين فقط، وهما لا يوجد تلفاز والماء ضعيف قليلا لكن جميع ما في المكان فوق الوصف ورائع جدا واعتقد اني ساعود يوما ما هنا

You can pick fresh veggies and cherries straight from the garden—yes, they taste as good as they sound. The kitchen’s got everything you need (and bonus points for the charming red tablecloths). The house is spacious, the view is unreal. One spontaneous 5am wake-up turned into a front-row seat to the most unforgettable sunrise. Only regret? Not staying longer.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic stay.. i asked Massimiliano if we could celebrate the first birthday of my baby and he gently accepted all of our requests giving us freedom to do whatever we wanted (respecting the spaces of course)..We had a fantastic stay and the kids enjoyed the pool even though the water was freezing. They are present always but not so intrusive so if you need something you can message and they will respond whenever they could. We recommend!

Alberto e sua moglie sono stati Host incredibili, ci hanno accolto in un angolo di paradiso nel mezzo delle colline dell'Oltrepó Pavese, nella loro casa di famiglia. Il casale è un pezzo di storia e tradizione, completamente ristrutturato pochi anni fa, con ogni confort e servizio. Living room con cucina e divano letto enorme, camera matrimoniale ristrutturata nel vecchio fienile con incredibile vista sulle colline, una scala in legno pregiato che collega l'ingresso ai piani superiori, un locale cantina dove immergersi nei ricordi di un epoca passata. La casa è molto grande, fruibile anche per grandi famiglie come la nostra. La vista dal terrazzo è incredibile e il relax che abbiamo trascorso in piscina è stato impagabile (piscina con acqua salata, molto rara!). Alberto è un uomo di rara socialità, ci ha coinvolto nei racconti di vari aneddoti, sia riguardanti la sua famiglia che le zone circostanti. Ci ha fornito consigli preziosi sulla zona e sulle attività disponibili. Grazie!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Matteos Haus. Beim Checkin wurden wir sehr freundlich von seiner Mutter empfangen. Das Haus, der Garten und vor allem der Pool sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Unsre drei Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit im Pool, der durch große Stufen zugänglich ist und einen tollen flachen Bereich hat. Perfekt auch für kleinere Kinder. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und Bergamo ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Eine tolle Unterkunft! Danke für alles!

Great location, near public transport. A lot of good restaurants near by. Very clean and nice apartment. Aircondition was very efficient 🙂

Очень милая квартира с чудесными хозяевами. Все соответствует описанию и предыдущим отзывам. Мы провели в доме две ночи и были рады тому, что было удобно осматривать окрестности - Бергамо и Сан Пелегрино - все рядом. В доме есть книжки, путеводители и игры на случай, если с погодой не повезет. Единственное, чего мы не нашли - это посуды, чтобы готовить, но нам она была и не нужна. Ну и еще важно отметить, что дом находится в достаточно большой деревне, по описанию мы думали, что это более уединенное место. Но и это не было проблемой, потому что деревня тихая. Спасибо за теплый прием!

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Our stay could not have been better!!! Cinzia and her family are wonderful people and have prepared an apartment with great care and refinement. It is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, cozy, beautiful, well decorated. We had a great weekend with the family! I highly recommend it!

Es ist ein wunderbares ruhiges und privates Haus am Rand des Ortes von Palanzo mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die beiden großen Fenster schauen auf die üppigen grünen Terrassen gegenüber. Die Qualitäten des Ortes und des alten kleinen Hauses wurden mit großem Können zu einem harmonischen Ganzen neu gestaltet. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke auch für das herzliche Willkommen und die Tipps. Die Kommunikation mit Gloria über Airbnb war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!

Siamo stati ospiti allo chalet di Adamo solo per qualche giorno ma è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutti i comfort e ben attrezzata. Anche Fara, la nostra bimba pelosa, si è subito ambientata ed ha apprezzato soprattutto l'area esterna che circonda tutta la casa. Marco è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito anche valide indicazioni riguardo i vari percorsi da fare in zona. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di fare la conoscenza di Adamo che ha gradito le nostre insalate. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

היינו 3 לילות בדירה. נהננו מהכנסת האורחים של אמיליו ואנה. הם מארחים חמים וידידותיים למרות הקושי בהבנת השפה. הם שלחו אותנו למסעדה מומלצת, לסופר הקרוב. הדירה נחמדה, נעימה, נקיה ומסודרת. אנחנו ממליצים מאד על שהיה בה.

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Federicos gepflegtem Haus und Umgebung verbracht. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und der Blick in die Berge sehr. Besonders schön war es, den Morgenkaffee in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen am Haus im wunderschönen Garten zu genießen oder am späteren Nachmittag etwas Lesezeit auf den Liegestühlen in der Sonne unter den Palmen zu verbringen. Toll ist auch der helle und gemütliche Wintergarten für alle Mahlzeiten. Federico ist ein warmherziger Gastgeber und stets erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Absprachen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The place is beautiful. The view is stunning. The house was very clean and as described. The owners communicated quickly and provided very clear instructions. The parking space is good. We had 3 large vehicles so it was a little tricky to get in and out but we managed fine. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Beautiful 'home away from home' with stunning views in a quiet town on the lake. Simona is the perfect host - warm, friendly and helpful. She put together an outstanding welcome package with everything you need to start your vacation! There is a lush garden with a resident turtle who appreciates daily treats of diced apple. The cafeteria Aurora at the corner serves simple local food and a delicious pizza. We picked up some pasta and produce at the little mini mart down the street and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the porch overlooking the lake. The ferry in Urio is a short walk away and connects to all major tourist spots. We especially enjoyed the short ride to Nesso to see the waterfall. Overall, the Casina delle Rosa is a great location to unwind, take scenic walks, and build some wonderful memories of Lake Como. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung liegt absolut traumhaft direkt an der Promenade, sehr zentral, ist aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Sie ist sehr geräumig ( wir waren zu zweit) , sauber und entspricht den Fotos . Absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse , von der man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See hat. Der Kontakt mit Gianmario verlief unkompliziert, auf Fragen nach dem Check- In hat er sofort reagiert und weitergeholfen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Für uns war die Casa Berta die perfekte Unterkunft! Wir waren je einen Tag in Bellagio und Como - und waren heilfroh, die Menschenmassen (Ende Mai!) hinter uns lassen zu können und in so einem ruhigen, charmanten Bergdorf zu wohnen. Die Straße hinauf haben wir uns von den Bewertungen her schlimmer vorgestellt - es ist ja gottseidank nicht viel Verkehr hier hinauf. Wir haben dennoch den Bus bevorzugt, der eigentlich immer zuverlässig gefahren ist (außer sonntags, da fährt er halt generell nicht). Die Casa selbst ist echt entzückend. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Sehr bequemes Bett und Kopfpolster. Auch die Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck (normal mag ich keine Duschvorhänge, aber die Dusche ist groß genug, sodass der Vorhang, der noch dazu nicht aus Plastik ist, nicht am Körper kleben bleibt). Die Terrasse ist auch mega, wir haben hier viel Zeit verbracht. Perfekt wäre es noch, wenn es auch auf der Terrasse Empfang gäbe, um z. B. Musik zu streamen oder den nächsten Tag zu planen.

Enjoyed our stay there very much! House looked better and spacious than in pictures and was very clean. The big house would also be great for two families to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms but still share common spaces. Upstairs could be divided into two areas. House is located in a peaceful area. Alessandra was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also provided great local suggestions. Alessandra spoke English well.
