40m2 apartment T2 in the old town center

The apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs,on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine , for bicycles or other.

Come and relax in this house located in a very pleasant setting. The large swimming pool heated to 35/37 degrees will make you forget your daily routine. You will be seduced by the amenities: - Bedroom: 2-meter bed with memory foam and spring, intimate lighting. - Bathroom: shower, double sink, dressing table, toilet (another separate toilet in the house). - Furnished kitchen - Living room: piano, foosball table, board games, TV. Restaurants (Diapason and Château de Creissels), canoe rentals 1 min walk. Shops nearby (tobacco and grocery store). Market on Sunday mornings (see photo) 1-min walk. Numerous outdoor activities in the area. Beautiful view of the Brunas take-off (paragliding).

Located in Millau, close to Victory Park and food shops and a few minutes' walk from the city center, the studio is accessible from a courtyard adjoining our house. The entrance is independent, and a small outdoor area is at your disposal.
