40m2 apartment T2 in the old town center

The apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs,on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine , for bicycles or other.

The entrance is independent, and a small outdoor area is at your disposal. Secure parking nearby (La Capelle underground parking) or parking spaces in the city center, or free parking (Rue des Hortes) a 10-minute walk away.

Be prepared, there are no shops in the village (10 min drive to nearest shops)
