40m2 apartment T2 in the old town center

The apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs,on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine , for bicycles or other.

Bright, private living area. Free Wi-Fi / Netflix. Residential area located near the landscaped banks of the Tarn (beach and bike paths). All shops are a 5-minute walk away. Ideally located for going on walks—you won't need to use the car. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED free of charge.

Located in Millau, close to Victory Park and food shops and a few minutes' walk from the city center, the studio is accessible from a courtyard adjoining our house. The entrance is independent, and a small outdoor area is at your disposal. The proposed space is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen/living room, shower area and toilet; the bedroom is upstairs, open in mezzanine and accessible by a staircase without railings. Secure parking nearby (La Capelle underground parking) or parking spaces in the city center, or free parking (Rue des Hortes) a 10-minute walk away.

Close to Rodez, Aubrac, Millau, Gorges du Tarn, this home is ideal for 2 people who want to discover the region in an original place. The house has a very charming architecture completely renovated that offers a private terrace. You can enjoy the calm of the village. Be prepared, there are no shops in the village (10 min drive to nearest shops)
