Fully equipped accommodation (Kitchen, TV, Internet, bed linen, towels, coffee maker...) all in a modern and cozy atmosphere. Your arrival will be autonomous thanks to the secure lockbox.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimised the space to the maximum. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Château-Gontier. Possibility of parking easily in the street for free.

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French billiards available for your use. Our place is great for couples and all guests.

House rental of 50 m2 with 1 bedroom plus 1 sofa bed with 2 beds in the living room. Terrace with garden and levee. The minimum rate for 2 people includes bed linen for the room as well as 2 hand towels. Attention, we add bed linen for the sofa bed only when the accommodation is booked from 3 people.
