The little house near the historic centre

Renovated apartment of 50 square meters on the 1st floor in a small detached house at the back of our garden with no neighbours. We use the ground floor as a garage. On the edge of a quiet street, you will be close to the historic centre (10 min walk) and access to Puy Mary. Free parking at the top of the street 150 m away, possibility to stop in front of the accommodation to drop off luggage and leave bikes in our garage. Terrace not accessible except during the Éclat festival week.

Here is a new apartment attached to our main house. This pretty cocoon is made with taste to make our hosts feel at home. In the kitchen you will find the essentials to cook good dishes. It is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. Guests can also relax in the lounge area thanks to the sofa bed and TV. The bedroom area has a queen size safe bed with a nearby view. In the bathroom: a shower cubicle and toilet.

The Prince's Nest

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). The studette

15 m2 studette (Height: 2m15) independent, on the ground floor of our house. Located between town and countryside, it consists of a bathroom, a kitchenette area and a 140 bed. A small table is available outside. Parking in the house yard or street street No pets or parties please. Attention: our living rooms are located just above the studette. This way, you can hear noise during your stay!

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
