This cosy b listed cottage is situated in the heart of Helensburgh, less than a 5 minute stroll to the Helensburgh seafront and the vast array of shops and restaurants or pop in your car and within 10 minutes you can be on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. Although this is a traditional cottage it's super comfy and warm , we have replaced all windows and the door and the heating is super. We have updated to fast fibre Wi-Fi, full kitchen and big wall mounted tv .

Excellent place to rest for a few nights. It was nice to cook home cooked meals for a few days. The apartment was more spacious than expected and perfect for our family of 4. Apartment was very thoughtfully redone. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here recently for a wedding nearby and would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area. Very well maintained and presented property in the middle of both local train stations with the nearest being a gentle, flat 10 minute walk away. Fabulous little place! It was clean,comfortable and cosy. We had 3 nights here and was very greatful of the welcome pack of eggs,milk and wine we received which was really lovely. There were incredible views across the loch,and despite us checking constantly we unfortunately didn’t spot a submarine, however did stumble across a brilliant Submarine museum in Helensburgh which is well worth a visit. The kitchen was well equipped and enabled us to easily self cater for the entirety of our trip,beds were comfortable,shower lovely and warm, a great selection of games to play and a superb location not too far to drive out to a variety of places-but a car is necessary. Really enjoyed this place.

The best experience we ever had when booking an AirBnB. Caroline and Stephen were such fantastic hosts, the cottage was so cozy and comfortable, Caroline had thought of everything to make our stay perfect. When we arrived, she offered us breakfast hamper full of delicious things, fresh bread, croissants, pains au chocolates, fresh berries etc. That was the perfect fit for a cottage breakfast. Definitely a place to recommend and to come back! Thank you so much - it was great to stay here!

We were travelling from Lancashire, England to Kyle Of Localsh in the West Highlands of Scotland so we were looking for a stop off point half way through the journey. We had a great overnight stay af the property in Greenock. Calling was very helpful in providing check-in instructions and was available to answer any questions or queries that we had. The flat itself is modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. We didn't venture out as we arrived late in the day however there looked to be plenty of places to explore in the local area. Thanks Callum.

Georgian elegance with beautiful sea views

Janina's home was the very best Airbnb I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. It was beautifully kept both inside and out. All spaces were clean and fresh. Every room was furnished and finished to a very high standard. We were a group of 5 adults and did not feel like we were in each other's pockets for the 5 nights we were there. Plenty of space, plenty to read, plenty to see and eat in Helensburgh. I was worried about cooking on the Rayburn, but it was no trouble at all; and there is a hot plate provided if you'd rather. The kitchen had all the tools required for self catering. The host was very easy to communicate with, and after an introduction, happily left us to our stay. It was a tremendous home to stay in, I'd count myself very lucky to have the chance to do so again.
