Very good transportation, although it is not required because all places of interest are within a 20-minute walk at most. Great neighborhood, quiet, special for rest, the second floor has a balcony overlooking Cerro Mackay. The house has parking, a table tennis table, a grill, a washing machine, synthetic grass, bar-type light bulbs, and other amenities.
