Esta acogedora casa interior independiente ofrece un espacio ideal para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y placentera, con capacidad para alojar hasta 4 personas, ubicada a tan solo 25 minutos caminando del centro, y a pocas cuadras de la famosa cervecería Dolbeck, un lugar emblemático que no te puedes perder. A escasas cuadras se encuentran supermercados, farmacias, una gasolinera, restaurantes, y acceso a transporte público, lo que facilita todas tus necesidades diarias durante la estancia.

Somos un emprendimiento familiar de cabañas tipo Tiny House, ubicado a orillas del río Coyhaique, a solo 11 kilómetros de la ciudad. Contamos con tres cabañas totalmente equipadas, ideales para parejas que buscan desconectarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Desde cada cabaña y nuestras tinajas al aire libre podrás contemplar vistas inigualables y relajarte con el sonido del río que acompaña cada momento. Es el lugar perfecto para hacer base y explorar los imperdibles de la región de Aysén.

Relax on this unique and peaceful getaway in a natural setting, 8 kilometres from Coyhaique, on the way to the Balmaceda aerodrome, next to Ruta 7. This beautiful cabin with a terrace is in the middle of the forest, where you can experience and enjoy the silence and nature. You can get to the property in a two-wheel drive vehicle, and then walk about 50 metres to the cabin. We have a composter and recycling system, a greenhouse, a chicken coop with laying hens and our faithful dog Rollito.

IMPORTANT about the location: It is in the El Claro area, a 12-minute drive and 8 km from the centre of Coyhaique. It's not in the centre! It's a no-frills 'cabin', but it's fully equipped with everything you need. The cabin is a quiet, self-contained and safe place, overlooking the mountains and surrounded by greenery. It is cosy and ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. In this setting, you might see insects, horses, birds, hares, etc. Access to the Simpson River 80 meters away.

El Techo Rojo, a cabin in Coyhaique

Inspired by the region's rural life with a contemporary twist, Techo Rojo invites you to relax and enjoy the simple things. It is a warm construction in wood and sheep wool insulation (both from regional production). It has wood and electric heating, seeking a balance between efficiency and the Patagonian experience. Outside, it is equipped with a grill, picnic table, hammocks, wooden armchairs, and a hot tub (additional service). We have local experiences in the area.
