‘The Byre’ A rural cosy bolthole situated on Farleton Knott which is located 5 miles from the M6 and nestled nicely between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, ideal for walking the nearby fells or enjoying the local town of Kirkby Lonsdale with its array of local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlour and Booths supermarket. The Byre is situated next door to our family home a listed barn conversion dated 1730. We are situated in a fairly rural location down a narrow country lane

In the spacious lounge area is dining table and large sofa that can be mad, again an internet TV Outside is a patio area with table and chairs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.
