The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Situated on 20 acres, Little Pine Farms is a serene retreat from the city. The property boasts over 700' of frontage on the Bogue Falaya River, a sandy beach, and winding paths through the woods. You will not believe that you're only 7 minutes from the heart of downtown Covington. Built in 2023, the cabin has everything you need, nothing you don't. A short drive from the farm will take you to Abita Springs, a quaint town with restaurants and the Abita Brewery, Old Covington filled with local shops and restaurants and several horse facilities nearby. 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom private residence with high ceilings, wood beams and spacious rooms on a 100 acre animal rescue farm. Located just 1 mile from the Village of Folsom where all essentials can be found. Numerous horse show venues are located nearby. We are approx 1 hr from New Orleans, 1 hr from Baton Rouge and 30 min from Hammond. Short term, self-service horse boarding may be available for an additional fee. Advance notice and negative Coggins required.
