Avec sa propre terrasse, il est éloigné du bruit mais proche de tout, de Lyon (30mn en bus, arrêt à 100m) comme des commerces, des restaurants et des promenades en bord de Saône. Un coin calme pour se reposer et découvrir les charmes du vieux Rochetaillée, à deux pas des guinguettes et des Monts d’Or.

Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it gives, with a wide and unobstructed view, on the Monts d 'Or. Fully equipped and independent, the accommodation is also perfectly suited to accommodate children. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.

The house is an old residence from the 1530s, owned by a cardinal, with a view of the Saône and a park available. At the gates of Lyon, it has benefited from a complete quality renovation. In a luxurious and comfortable environment, you will enjoy 115 square metres of: - its two original round and AIR-CONDITIONED rooms - ceiling heights, mural of its reception room, - independent kitchen - two bathrooms. A colourful veranda accompanies this dwelling.

Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
