Our 170 m² family gîte in Champagne, located in Vitry-en-Perthois in the Marne department, is perfect for a stay with family or friends. Just 25 minutes from Lake Der, enjoy a stay in the countryside, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities. Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, our fully equipped holiday home allows you to explore the vineyards and enjoy champagne tastings. This comfortable accommodation with an outdoor area provides a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, and a friendly and peaceful space.

Décorée dans un esprit campagne chic, elle dispose de tout le confort d'un hébergement haut de gamme : cuisine équipée, 3 belles chambres (lits Queen size et lit d'appoint), 1 salle de bain, 1 salle d’eau, un très beau salon/séjour avec parquet en chêne, de belles hauteurs et des moulures d'époque.. de quoi passer d'agréables moments en famille, entre amis ou collègues, et profiter du grand jardin arboré.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors.
