Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. 5 minutes from the bakery, 150 m from the Tille, 3 minutes from Arc sur Tille (village with all amenities, lake and motorway), 15 minutes from Dijon, in a quiet subdivision with easy parking. Chalet with independent entrance (next to our house) of 17m2 kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Wi-Fi, microwave. Soap, shampoo, sheets, pillows, dishes, hair dryer, iron, filter coffee maker. Self check-in at any time, communication by message. Attached subdivision plan for easy arrival.

Small house in the heart of a typical Burgundian village north of Dijon. Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

In a private residence, the duplex can accommodate up to 4 guests with a large bedroom upstairs (queen size bed, video projector with Netflix and Disney+) and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. You have a sofa bed with mattress for optimal sleeping quality. The terrace with barbecue will allow you to enjoy an outdoor meal in good weather. Close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tobacco, bakery).

So just bring your bags :) With an area of 55 m², carefully furnished; it is located in a quiet and secure residence, close to all amenities (shops, transport and parking). You can come by car or simply by train: the TRAM from Dijon station to Quetigny takes you in 35 minutes and drops you off 200 m from the apartment.

La Maison D'Albâtre – Le Spa

Quiet village heart 10 minutes from Dijon city center, the Maison d 'Albâtre welcomes you to enjoy a unique stay for two. Additional option: - Champagne, confetti and helium balloons (€60) Parking in front of the house and terrace with sunbathing, separate toilet. Friday, Sundays and Tuesday nights: a pizza truck is 200 m from the accommodation.
