Il vous offre tout le confort dont vous aurez besoin douche et lavabo, cuisine complète équipée avec l'essentiel, machine à laver le linge, télévision, wifi, télévision 43 pouces. L'appartement est de plein pied. Pas d'escalier à franchir. Parking gratuit dans le village et sur la place adjacente.

Hiver 2026 : chauffage au poêle à pétrole (appoint). Non isolé. Température : 19°. Petite dépendance sans chichi face au Pech de Dalou. 18 m² : lit double (très) confortable, kitchenette mini, WC, douche chaude. L’essentiel, rien de plus 🙂 Wifi inclus. Accueil comme à la maison : yaourts, confiture, pain frais. Non recommandé à ceux qui ne savent pas qu'il fait froid en hiver et chaud en été. Ni aux allergiques aux rires d’enfants, au brame du cerf et à la chouette qui hulule.

Hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the chalet. The owners live in a non-attached house but located on the same property.

Small cottage for 4 people with roof terrace, located in a small quiet village surrounded by nature, 8 km from Mirepoix (medieval city), in a region with many historical sites (Cathar castles, and prehistoric caves adorned with cave paintings). There are many hiking trails and many places to visit, underground river, museums, Prehistory Park, hot springs, intermittent fountain and of course the castles, caves and medieval cities.
