Family-friendly holiday rentals in Courtenay

We met with friends with our bunch of children in the beautiful little village of Cravant! Everything was together for a great stay, even if the weather was uncertain at times. Atypical, pleasant and welcoming house with the bonus, the hot tub for moments of relaxation guaranteed!

Pleasant cottage, located in a very beautiful setting, quiet. The decoration of the outbuilding with jacuzzi is full of charm. The cottage is adjoining the host's house, with a shared garden. It's a shame that this is not specified in the listing. We had a great evening, thank you

We loved our weekend in this atypical house, full of charm as well as the availability and kindness of Francis who welcomed us for the handover of the keys.

Very nice apartment, well located, just a few steps from the train station with lots of small shops around. The property is really as shown in the photos. The spa is beautiful as well as the cinema. Great little time spent at Mike's, I recommend it. The treadmill is really a plus too. The least positive point I found is that there is no direct access to the outside (for smokers you have to leave the accommodation).

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back 🙂

lovely little house near Roche aux sabots. we stayed there with four adults and one small kid. the garden is beautiful the house absolutely big enough, the kitchen is well equip. we loved it

a great stay of 2 nights, Small cottage very well equipped, a peaceful and very quiet place I was greeted by their son and I then saw the owners both were very cordial and very friendly! a perfect cottage to be quiet near nature! pets accepted at no extra cost which is not common 😊 cleaning equipment in the cottage, which allows you to do a little cleaning before leaving 😊 the mini plus in my opinion would be a fenced area for the dogs but it's really not a defect far from it. otherwise thank you again for this weekend in your cottage and if the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to come back I recommend this cottage without a problem! very good value for money! very responsive and very friendly hosts! pure happiness

The cottage is very atmospheric with its historic natural stone floor, natural stone staircase, ceiling beams, etc., a journey through time, yet at the same time with extremely tasteful current furniture and equipment ripe for "beautiful living". Details such as the kitchen equipment – cookware and sharp knives in good quality – prevent typical travel makeshift situations from arising in the first place. Naomi is helpful and communicative, and as a native English speaker, she is also able to help international audiences who struggle with French. Not only us, but also our two dogs felt very comfortable.

Beautiful cottage in a top location. View of the Seine and close to a nice Italian restaurant. For was, the distance to go bouldering in Font was extremely important. Which is also a plus of this cottage! Even the two four-legged friends were having a good time. There is no garden but that certainly does not bother given the location :D Enormously enjoyed and perhaps see you again!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage, as described. The bedding is very comfortable, everything is decorated with taste. Communication with Cathy is very good too. We'll be happy to go back!

A remarkable setting, beautiful, quiet, relaxing. The bedding, and the accessories and kitchen essentials are impeccable. The place is isolated but there are plenty of activities to do directly on site, with friends or family, and in all weather! Nadine was pleasant and very responsive to our messages! We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

Very good stay at Estelle and her husband's, the region is beautiful we traveled it by bike and boat on the Loire The place met our expectations. We couldn't be more friendly. The perfect summer accommodation! The apartment is small, but very tastefully furnished and can top it all off with a fantastic garden including a pool. Due to the location on the outskirts, it is wonderfully quiet and green, but you can be in the centre of the village in four minutes by car, where you can find everything you could hope for in French delicacies. Severine is an extraordinarily warm, dedicated and helpful hostess who manages to make you feel really welcome. In the event of problems or questions, she was immediately available with advice and action, without making you feel like a burden. Thank you! We were very happy to be there and will be happy to come back!

Karinne is a very welcoming, caring and friendly host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I had a lovely stay at this place in the middle of the forest. It's ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the calm. Accommodation is as described, clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, with beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. The hosts are welcoming and discreet, which allows you to fully enjoy the place with peace of mind. A good place for those looking for a bit of rest and nature.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted with the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful
