Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

House with kitchen, living room, shower room and toilet on the ground floor and two separate bedrooms on the first floor. the accommodation is located 1 min walk from the shops (bakeries, butcher shop, restaurant, grocery store, laundromat...) we are 25 km from Montargis and Sens. lots of activities in the surrounding area (golf, swimming pool, horseback riding, tree climbing, fishing, walking and mountain biking...)

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. At your disposal are 20 hiking trails, some of which are accessible by mountain bike as well as Equestrian Centers. A market is held every Thursday and Saturday morning. The city also offers a skate park, soccer field, heated outdoor swimming pool, etc.
