Very nice house of 120m2 with upstairs 3 bedrooms with 140 beds and a small bedroom/games room with bunk beds in 90 that can accommodate 2 additional children (board games, books, etc...) a bathroom with shower and wc. On the ground floor, large living/dining room with TV, Wi-Fi, darts, wood-burning stove, baby chair, etc. Equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, air fryer, Senseo, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). Garden with summer kitchen, toilet, trampoline and pétanque court!

Le Moulin du Plô du Roy

Come and discover the old Plô du Roy mill dating from 1484 that we have completely renovated. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. The trollière

Halfway between Toulouse and Montpellier, in the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, Belsoleil is a unique place, isolated from the world, where you will enjoy the calm, silence and starry skies. Located 700 m above sea level, in a wooded and preserved environment, you are likely to share the daily life of mammals, birds, but also birds, insects and other small animals that are very well there. 2 modular cottages for 2 to 10 people. This charming accommodation offers easy access to the city center and is on the greenway for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. You have the entire gîte at your disposal as well as a small garden. Possibilities of some hikes with me in the surrounding mountains. I can also offer an English language stay.
